Rat Adoption Form

To adopt rescues or reserve babies from my litters, please fill out the questions below!

Do you currently own any rats? If so, what are their genders and are they neutered/spayed?
Do you intend to breed the rats you adopt?
What brand of food will you be using?
Who is your vet?
Is a rat-proofed free roam area available to use?

I will also be asking for pictures of enclosure for proof of adequate housing.
